VALDESI KARATE ACADEMY

VALDESI KARATE ACADEMY was born from the idea of being able to bring together Karate practitioners within a single organization, affirming the identity of the style in a unique and precise way. The primary objective of the Academy is the achievement, through practice, of the "Perfect Style".

Taking advantage of the experience gained in 40 years of Karate and with the contribution of science applied to movement, a mix of innovation and tradition is sought that allows functional technical improvement with the utmost respect for one's body.


Why to sign up in the Academy?

The VALDESI KARATE ACADEMY provides its members with the most advanced training techniques, specifically designed to increase the technical level in the best possible way, without losing energy or time, finalizing the work to achieve the goal, be it the competition or the traditional study of martial art.
All members will benefit from guidelines for optimizing workouts with specific work programs for each technical level, advice and personalized training methodologies.

To sign up in the Academy allows access to exclusive and confidential contents (training programs, video courses, etc ...). Tutorials will be shared periodically to organize courses in the Dojo, with work programs for children, athletes and amateurs and technical indications for the improvement of style.
